深度研究： 深度研究模式會使用外部搜尋引擎（如 Google Search）獲取即時資訊，相關搜尋結果之準確性取決於外部來源。

9. 使用限制與會員等級 (Usage Limits & Tiers)

本服務實施了多層次的資源限制，以確保系統穩定性及公平分配：

  • 會員等級： 使用者分為不同等級，各等級擁有不同的配額。
  • 令牌桶機制 (Token Bucket)： 系統設有 12 小時滾動視窗的令牌配額。當您使用 AI 時，會消耗對應的 Token。若配額用盡，需等待 12 小時前的舊記錄移出視窗後方可重新獲得配額。
  • 每日限額： 每日Token總額及請求次數於香港時間 (UTC+8) 午夜重置。
  • 暫停訪問： 若偵測到惡意刷取、大量自動化請求或違反 API 使用政策，帳戶可能會被暫停。

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Gemini Studio (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Gemini Studio is an experimental AI platform based on large language models. It provides multimodal AI conversations (supporting text, images, audio, video), Deep Research (with Google Search grounding), Nano Banana / Imagen image generation, Veo video generation, Lyria 3 music generation, TTS (Text-to-Speech) synthesis with multi-speaker support, long-document analysis, Multi-Agent collaboration, external connectors (Google Drive, Notion), interactive charts and Mermaid diagram rendering. This service is primarily for academic research, technical testing, and personal experimentation.

We value your privacy and are committed to handling your data transparently:

  • Identity Data: We collect your Google profile information (name, email, and avatar) for authentication purposes.
  • Conversations & Files: Your chat history and uploaded files are stored in our database or cloud storage to enable cross-device access.
  • Purpose: This data is used solely for identity verification, record-keeping, and providing a personalized AI experience.
  • No Resale Commitment: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5. AI Content & Multimedia Disclaimer

Important: Gemini is an AI and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. Content generated by the Service should not be considered professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or financial advice).

Digital Watermarking: Images generated by Nano Banana / Imagen contain SynthID digital watermarks to identify them as AI-generated. Users must not attempt to remove or forge these watermarks.

Music Generation: Music generated by Lyria 3 is subject to copyright. Users must comply with applicable laws when using generated content.

Deep Research: Deep Research mode uses external search engines (like Google Search) to retrieve real-time information. The accuracy of these results depends on the external sources.

Multi-Agent: Multi-Agent mode allows multiple AI roles to collaborate on complex tasks, including planning, research, coding, and review. Output quality depends on task complexity and model capability.

External Connectors: Connector features (Google Drive, Notion, etc.) connect to your third-party accounts. Data transmission is subject to those third-party terms of service.

Interactive Content: The platform supports interactive quizzes, flashcards, charts (Chart.js), and Mermaid diagram rendering. These are AI-generated and for reference only.

6. Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by law, the copyright of the content (text, images, audio, video) generated by the Service belongs to you. You should comply with relevant laws and regulations when using this content. The source code and interface design of the Service are protected by copyright.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason (including but not limited to violation of these terms or abuse of API resources).

8. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the revised terms, the Google Gemini API Terms, and the Google Cloud Platform Terms.

9. Usage Limits & Tiers

The Service implements multi-layered resource limits to ensure system stability and fair allocation:

  • Tiers: Users are assigned to different tiers with different quotas.
  • Token Bucket Mechanism: A 12-hour sliding window is used for token quotas. Interacting with the AI consumes "Tokens". If the quota is exhausted, you must wait for older records to move out of the 12-hour window to regain quota.
  • Daily Limits: Total daily tokens and request counts are reset at midnight (UTC+8).
  • Service Suspension: Accounts may be suspended if malicious scraping, excessive automated requests, or violations of API usage policies are detected.
