私隱政策

呢份係獨立嘅私隱政策。完整服務條款、第三方供應商同 OAuth 範圍保障，見條款。

今次更新咗乜（2026年10月8日）

對照源代碼審視後嘅修正。我哋將本政策同服務實際做法逐項對照，修正咗唔相符嘅陳述：AI 請求可以由條款第 6c 條列出嘅任何供應商處理，包括中國大陸嘅供應商；我哋嘅伺服器位於日本東京，而唔係香港；零資料留存設定而家按佢真正嘅意思描述——係一個只揀我哋歸類為唔會用你內容嚟訓練嘅供應商嘅篩選，並唔係承諾會刪除數據。
保留期限而家寫得明確：請求同 AI 呼叫日誌 7 日、任務紀錄 7 日、登入日誌 180 日、安全事件 365 日、資料庫備份 14 日，對話附件由上載或最後一次查看起計 7 日。
新增咗之前欠缺嘅供應商（登入、電郵同短訊、主機、CDN、網頁搜尋同 API 閘道），同埋上面提到嘅自助匯出資料同刪除帳戶做法。
而家亦提供本政策嘅簡體中文版本。

我哋收集咩

登入資料：Google 提供嘅用戶識別碼、電郵、名稱、頭像 URL，或者 Microsoft、GitHub、Apple（開通嘅地方）提供嘅相應資料。如果你用電郵或電話一次性驗證碼登入，我哋會將你已驗證嘅電郵地址儲存喺帳戶紀錄入面，或者只保存你電話號碼嘅單向雜湊值同遮蔽形式。電郵驗證碼經 Resend 發送；短訊驗證碼經阿里雲（+86 號碼）或者騰訊雲發送。
你喺各應用入面建立嘅內容（對話、檔案、樂譜、支出、分鏡等），用嚟提供服務，包括你喺對話入面使用已連接服務（例如電郵、日曆或 Drive 文字）時傳回嘅結果。
付款紀錄（金額、時間、計劃、點數流水帳紀錄、Stripe 參考編號）；唔會儲存完整卡號。付款由 Stripe 處理。
必要 cookies：帳戶識別碼、裝置指紋雜湊值、CSRF 權杖，同埋短期嘅登入 cookies。詳情見頁底 cookie 提示同條款 §6a。
技術紀錄：請求同 AI 呼叫日誌（可能包含你請求嘅內容同工具傳回嘅結果）最多保留 7 日；登入日誌（IP 位址、User-Agent、指紋雜湊值）保留 180 日；安全事件保留 365 日；AI 任務紀錄保留 7 日；資料庫備份保留 14 日。詳見條款 §6a。

點用同分享

推播通知

如果你喺我哋手機 App 開啟推播通知，提示會經 Firebase Cloud Messaging（Google） 送達。推播內容淨係帶收件箱一則通知嘅編號、佢指向嘅連結、係邊個功能、屬於邊類通知，同埋你未讀嘅數量，唔會帶通知嘅標題或者內容，亦唔會帶你做緊咩嘅內容。你部裝置嘅註冊 token 會綁喺你個帳戶下面；你登出時會刪除，Google 如果話個 App 已經卸載亦會刪除。喺某部裝置登出，該裝置就唔會再收到推播；刪除帳戶會移除所有已註冊裝置。

Cookies 同分析

登入同安全用嘅係必要 cookies。喺 alchemys.ai 同 spcy.hk，Cloudflare Web Analytics（唔設追蹤 cookie）只會喺你喺提示度揀「接受」之後先載入；揀「只開必要」就唔會載入。我哋冇整合 Google Analytics 或者 Meta Pixel。

保留同你嘅權利

帳戶資料保留到你刪除帳戶為止。你可以喺帳戶頁面自行下載你嘅資料同刪除帳戶（要求你喺最近 10 分鐘內登入過）。對話附件喺上載或最後一次查看後 7 日刪除。刪除帳戶之後，我哋只會保留條款 §17.3 列出嘅內容（例如限期內嘅點數流水帳紀錄同備份）。你亦可以刪除內容、斷開連接器，或者電郵要求刪除帳戶。查閱、更正、刪除、撤回同意：電郵 [email protected]，一般 30 日內回覆。

Privacy Policy

This is the standalone privacy policy. The full terms, third-party providers and OAuth-scope safeguards are in the Terms.

What changed (October 8, 2026)

Corrections after a review against our code. We re-read this policy against what the service actually does and corrected statements that did not match: an AI request can be served by any provider in Terms §6c, including providers in mainland China; our servers are in Tokyo, Japan, not Hong Kong; and the Zero Data Retention setting is described as what it is — a filter for providers we classify as not training on your content, not a promise that data is deleted.
Retention is now stated explicitly: request and AI-call logs 7 days, job records 7 days, sign-in logs 180 days, security events 365 days, database backups 14 days, and chat attachments 7 days after upload or last view.
Added the providers that were missing (sign-in, email and SMS, hosting, CDN, web search and API gateways), and the self-service data export and account deletion described above.
A Simplified Chinese version of this policy is now provided.

Data controller

This service is operated by an operator based in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("we"), which is the data controller for personal data processed through the service. Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) applies.

What we collect

Sign-in data: your Google profile (user id, email, name, avatar URL), or the equivalent from Microsoft, GitHub or Apple (where enabled). With an email or phone one-time code we keep your verified email address in your account record, or only a one-way digest and masked form of your phone number. Email codes are sent through Resend; SMS codes through Alibaba Cloud (+86 numbers) or Tencent Cloud.
Content you create in the apps (chats, files, scores, expenses, storyboards) to provide the service, including the results returned by services you connect (for example email, calendar or Drive text) when you use them in a conversation.
Payment records (amount, time, plan, credit-ledger entries, Stripe references); we do not store full card numbers. Stripe processes payments.
Essential cookies: account identifier, a device-fingerprint hash, a CSRF token and short-lived sign-in cookies. See the cookie notice and Terms §6a.
Technical records: request and AI-call logs (which can contain the content of requests and tool results) for up to 7 days; sign-in logs (IP address, user agent, fingerprint hash) for 180 days; security events for 365 days; AI job records for 7 days; database backups for 14 days. See Terms §6a.

Use and sharing

Data is used to provide the service and comply with law. We do not sell, rent, or train our own models on your private content. To generate responses, prompts and uploads are sent to the AI provider that serves your request — the one you chose, or the one an automatic mode (such as Studio's Auto, or Transcribe's Auto and Turbo modes) picks for you — which can include providers in mainland China, under that provider's terms (see Terms §6c and §17.2). Results returned by services you connect go to the same provider. If you attach a file your chosen model cannot read, Google Gemini describes it first. A photo you use for the Live voice avatar stays on your device and is never uploaded. Our servers are hosted by Vultr in Tokyo, Japan; web traffic passes through Cloudflare; web searches send the query text to search providers (Terms §6c).

Push notifications

If you turn on push notifications in our mobile app, an alert is delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). A push message contains only the ID of a notification already in your inbox, the link it points at, which app it came from, what kind of notification it is, and your unread count — never the notification's title or text, and nothing about what you were working on. Your device's registration token is held against your account, is removed when you sign out, and is removed again if Google reports the app as uninstalled. Signing out of the app on a device stops pushes to that device; deleting your account removes every registered device.

Cookies and analytics

Sign-in and security use strictly necessary cookies. On alchemys.ai and spcy.hk, Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) loads only if you choose Accept in the notice; Essential only keeps it off. We have not integrated Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

Retention and your rights

Account data is kept until you delete the account. You can download your data and delete your account yourself from the Account page (a sign-in within the last 10 minutes is required). Chat attachments are deleted 7 days after upload or last view. After deletion we keep only what Terms §17.3 lists (for example credit-ledger records and backups for a limited time). You can also delete content, disconnect connectors, or email to request deletion. For access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

推送通知

如果你在我们的移动应用中开启推送通知，提醒会通过 Firebase Cloud Messaging（Google）送达。推送消息仅包含收件箱中一条已有通知的编号、它指向的链接、来自哪个应用、属于哪种类型的通知，以及你的未读数量——绝不包含通知的标题或正文，也不包含你正在处理的任何内容。你设备的注册令牌会绑定在你的账户下；你退出登录时会被删除，如果 Google 报告该应用已被卸载也会再次被删除。在某台设备上退出登录后，该设备将不再收到推送；删除账户会移除所有已注册的设备。

Cookie 与分析

登录和安全使用严格必要的 Cookie。在 alchemys.ai 和 spcy.hk 上，Cloudflare Web Analytics（无 Cookie）仅在你于提示中选择“接受”后才会加载；选择“仅限必要”则不会加载。我们没有集成 Google Analytics 或 Meta Pixel。

保留与你的权利

账户数据会保留至你删除账户为止。你可以在账户页面自行下载你的数据并删除账户（要求你在最近 10 分钟内登录过）。对话附件会在上传或最后一次查看后 7 天删除。删除账户后，我们只会保留条款 §17.3 所列的内容（例如在限定期限内的积分流水记录和备份）。你也可以删除内容、断开连接器，或通过电子邮件要求删除账户。如需查阅、更正、删除或撤回同意，请发送电子邮件至 [email protected]，我们一般会在 30 天内回复。
