2. 服務描述

Drink Record 是一個基於 Google Gemini AI 的飲品記錄工具。功能包括：

影像識別：透過上傳飲品照片自動辨識飲品種類、容量及估算糖分與熱量。
手動記錄：手動輸入飲品名稱、甜度、冰塊及價格。
歷史統計：保存並同步您的飲品記錄，協助您管理健康數據。

3. 數據收集與隱私

我們重視您的隱私，數據處理原則如下：

身份驗證： 我們使用 Google OAuth 收集您的個人資料（姓名、電子郵件、頭像）以供登入。
飲品數據： 您上傳的照片、記錄的飲品詳情將存儲於我們的資料庫及雲端存儲（GCS）中。
收集目的： 數據僅用於提供個人化的記錄功能、同步歷史記錄以及優化 AI 辨識模型。
第三方政策： 我們絕不向第三方出售或租賃您的個人數據。

5. 使用限制

為確保系統穩定性與資源公平分配：

令牌桶機制： 系統實施 12 小時的 Token 配額限制。
每日限額： 每日配額於香港時間 (UTC+8) 午夜重置。
終止服務： 若偵測到惡意刷取、自動化請求或違反 API 政策，我們保留暫停帳戶訪問的權利。

我們可能會不時更新本條款。繼續使用本服務即表示您接受修訂後的條款以及 Google Gemini API 條款。

Token Bucket: A 12-hour sliding window is used for token quotas.

Suspension: Malicious scraping, automated requests, or API policy violations may result in account suspension.

6. Amendments

We may update these terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of revised terms and Google Gemini API Terms.
